"I have merely conveyed an idea or concept to Antonio and then watched it grow on paper and in form through his artistic design."
Jeanne Goka
Principal, Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders
We were engaged to provide a study to assess the adaptive reuse of Calvary Church for the district use. We assembled a team to investigate the facility and assess its fitness for future use. Some concerns in the community about the foundation led to a more exhaustive investigation that revealed it to be sound. A conceptual plan was developed based on district input that included phasing of the work to add a second story to the building. The phasing plan worked around the church's continued use of the facility over the next year and immediate needs versus the future needs. A budget was provided per each phase with inflation associated for when the work would be initiated. The final product was a 400 plus page feasibility study that was instrumental in the purchase of the property.
