Taylor’s introduction to design began in early high school when she chose to follow an Engineering academic path and discovered architecture her senior year. Pursuing that passion as a major in Interior Design at Texas State University confirmed her love for designing meaningful, function, and beautiful spaces. Her experience with special needs children, as well as public speaking from a young age, has lent her to better understand the sensitivities of human interaction and environmental influences. Her professors at Texas State University highlighted these qualities as her strongest attributes which allows her to produce highly tailored concepts that truly speak to the needs and desires of each client.

Growing up with an architect and an urban planner in her family, Nancy was introduced to architecture design at a very young age. Her passion for the field has motivated her to study, practice, and conduct research in architecture for more than 15 years. Her strong academic background in sustainable architecture and high performance buildings has been demonstrated by her publications in multiple prestigious peer-reviewed journals and conferences. In need to bridge architectural research with real-world AEC industry practices, Nancy conducted and completed her design/research internship at Reliance Architecture in 2022. Growing up, Steven was always surrounded by the construction world, thanks to his father and his career in the industry. The early exposure sparked his interest in design and led him to pursue a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design at Texas A&M University. During his time in school Steven took on an internship with the Reliance team in 2022 to further expand his understanding of the professional design world. After earning his undergraduates degree, Steven returned to Reliance in 2024 to continue building on his experience and hone his skillsets.
